1. General Information
1.1 WPT Global.com (the "Website" or the "Site" or "WPT Global") is operated by SevenTip N.V., a company licensed and regulated under the laws of Curacao under the name Gaming Services Provider N.V., holder of the 365/JAZ Master Gaming License and registered at Zuikertuin Tower Curacao ("the Company", "we", "us", "our" or "our"). Kashxa Limited, a Cypriot company with registration number 427606 and registered office at 12 Egyptou Street, Nicosia, 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus, is acting as a paying agent on behalf of the licensee Seventip N.V.
1.2 This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (the "Agreement" or the "Terms") that create a binding contractual relationship between the Company and any person ("Player", "you" or "your") who opens an account on the Website and uses the services on the Website, including, without limitation, the games on the Website (the "Services").
1.3 The commercial contractual relationship set out in these Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws in force in Curacao and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for any dispute relating to the Terms and Conditions, the Services and the Website.
1.4 It is important that all players read, accept and agree to the following terms and conditions before accessing, registering or playing the games on this website.
1.5 By registering with the Company and/or by using the Services and/or by checking the box "I agree to these Terms and Conditions" (or other similar wording), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and without reservation. The Agreement therefore constitutes a binding legal document between you and the Company and governs your use of our gaming services at all times,
1.6 If the Player does not agree or does not wish to be bound by any of the following terms and conditions, we strongly recommend that the Player immediately leaves the Website and does not open an account with us.
1.7 The Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time and it is the Player's sole responsibility to check this page regularly (at least once a month). 1.8 Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. In particular, players undertake to keep their login details confidential and are also solely responsible for any misuse of their account.
1.9 The Player shall not hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, managers, licensors, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, promoters or other organizations, media partners and retailers liable for any costs or expenses or for any liabilities and damages arising from: (i) accessing, using or reusing the Website; (ii) using any materials on the Website; (iii) participating in the Games; or (iv) accepting any prize.
1.10. These Terms and Conditions may be available in several languages. Whilst we will endeavour to translate these Terms and Conditions into other available languages, in the event of any inconsistency or contradiction between the English version and the versions in other languages, the English version will prevail as the primary reference and in the event of any dispute.
2. Opening an Account
2. 1. Personal Information
2.1.1. Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, and other non-Latin scripts are not allowed.
2.1.2 Personal data must always be entered in roman characters and, for verification purposes, the supporting documents requested and submitted must contain the same information in roman characters.
2.1.3 In order to play in WPT Global, a player must open an account to access the various products. To open an account, the player must complete the registration process. During registration, the player will be asked to enter the "Email Address", "Country", "Username" and "Password". Before the player can make a deposit or withdrawal, he/she must also enter the following information: "First Name", "Last Name", "Full Address", including "City", "Zip Code", valid "Phone Number", "Gender" and "Date of Birth". The player undertakes to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The player also agrees to inform the company immediately if this information changes.
2.1.4 The name registered on the player account must match the player's legal name and identity. In addition, it must also match the name of the funding options (bank card, e-wallet, bank account) or any other payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds.
2.1.5 A Player may only have one Account. We reserve the right to close any additional Accounts that are in any way attributable to the same person and We reserve the right to withhold all monies in such Accounts. If you become aware that you have or may have access to more than one Player Account, you must notify us immediately.
2.2. Password
2.2.1 The player will be asked to create a password, which should consist of at least eight (8) characters containing upper and lower case letters and numbers.
2.2.2 The player cannot disclose his/her login and password to third parties. It is the player's responsibility to keep his account details, login and password secret and confidential. Any unauthorised use of the player's login or password is the sole responsibility of the player and shall be deemed to be made by the player.
2.2.3 You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your login details have been disclosed to a third party. The player is responsible for all activity on their account and all transactions will be considered valid if the correct login and password details have been entered and are deemed to originate from the player who originally registered with us.
2.3. Legal Age and Verification
2.3.1 The games offered on this Website are intended for persons who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age at which gambling is permitted under the laws or jurisdiction applicable to you. It is prohibited for persons under the age of majority to register with, log on to, access or conduct any activities on this Website.
2.3.2 We reserve the right to conduct background checks at any time, in particular to verify the identity and age of the player. For the avoidance of doubt, we may at any time request additional documentation from you, in particular to verify information or if you have breached this Agreement or our policies or procedures,
2.3.3 We reserve the right to request video interviews and enhanced KYC verification to verify information about previous play and poker knowledge. Procedures include, but are not limited to, answering questions in a live video interview, full enhanced authentication with liveness detection and/or in rare cases we will ask the user to play through a security camera under surveillance to compare their previous gaming behaviour and poker knowledge.
2.3.4 If, following completion of the age verification process, a player is found to be under the age of majority, winnings will be forfeited and retained by the Company and the relevant account will be closed.
2.4. Profile Updates
2.4.1 In order to make changes to a player's registered personal data, we must obtain and verify the relevant supporting documents and/or information issued by the competent authorities in the player's jurisdiction (e.g. address update - proof of new home address, change of surname - marriage certificate, bank details - new bank details). We reserve the right to impose restrictions or close an account without prior notice if we find evidence of non-compliance or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2.5. Serviced countries
2.5.1 All players are welcome at WPT Global. However, before attempting to open an account on the Website, it is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that the player is not located in a country where gambling is not permitted or illegal and that the player is not in breach of any gambling laws or regulations in force in a particular country.
2.5.2. We do not accept players from the countries falling into the below categories:
Countries classified as high-risk or monitored jurisdictions by financial regulators.

4. Risk Management
4.1 Players warrant that they will not use the Website for illegal or fraudulent activities and that the source of any money spent by the player on the Website does not come from illegal or criminal activities.
4.2 Players are prohibited from selling or transferring their accounts and/or funds to other persons and are also prohibited from disclosing their login details to third parties. This prohibition includes the transfer of all assets of any kind, including, but not limited to, ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims relating to such assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition of such transfers also includes, but is not limited to, encumbering, pledging, mortgaging, mortgaging, assigning, usurping, trading, brokering, brokering, mortgaging and/or donating in partnership with a trustee or other third party, corporation, individual or entity, trust and/or association in any manner or form.

4.4 Copies of documents provided to us must be clear, legible, in colour and of high quality. The requested documents must be sent via the registered email address or posted via the relevant section of the application,
4.5 We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts if registered holders have not provided the requested documents within 30 days of the request. Restrictions may also be imposed on player accounts until a full review is completed to our satisfaction.
4.6 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is attempting to circumvent security checks, providing false information, submitting false, stolen or falsified documents, submitting documents that do not correspond to the truth and/or engaging in criminal activity, this will result not only in the immediate and irrevocable closure of the player's account and the withholding of funds from that account, but the player will also be blacklisted by the Administrator. The banks will also be informed and the player will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.7 Players can only have one active account with us at a time. Any similarity between multiple accounts that can in any way be attributed to the same person may result in a request from our security department. If a player attempts to open more than one account on the Website, they will be denied access. The Company reserves the right to withhold any deposits, winnings or bonuses earned or earned while using an additional active player account.
4.8 We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to verify the player's registration details and request additional documentation in order to verify the information provided or received or simply to meet applicable compliance requirements,
4.9 If the Company blocks or suspends your account, your access to money, login, games, deposits and withdrawals (and possibly a combination of the above) will be restricted.

6. Play
6.1. General
6.1.1 The Player accepts that deposits and withdrawals initiated from the Website will be processed by third party payment processors and/or financial institutions referred to as "Payment Service Providers" (PSPs). In order to facilitate such processing, the Player irrevocably authorizes us to instruct such Payment Service Providers to process deposit and withdrawal requests from the Player's account as needed, and irrevocably agrees that we may give such instructions on the Player's behalf. In addition, the Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant PSP and in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the PSP, this Agreement shall prevail.
6.1.2 By accessing and playing on our Website, you acknowledge that by using the Website, our services and/or related software, you assume the risk of losing money. It is the player's responsibility to bear any losses incurred through the player account.
6.1.3 All funds will be processed, tracked and held in the currency selected at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated.
6.1.4 We may implement systematic verification procedures to confirm at least the identity of the player at our sole discretion.
6.1.5 Transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Suspicious activities are reported to the competent authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
6.1.6 By selecting a Payment Method, you agree to the relevant terms and conditions and displayed fees or service charges applicable to the deposits and/or withdrawals, if any, you make using that Payment Method.
6.1.7 Players should not treat the Company as a financial institution. We do not tolerate activities aimed at storing or hiding money on our website, using our website primarily to transfer money from one payment account to another, exchanging currencies, etc.
6.1.8 For security and anti-money laundering reasons, we reserve the right not to execute or validate financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, refunds) to or from blocked, self-excluding or closed accounts. The same applies to accounts under investigation.
6.2. Deposits
6.2.1 When you open an account with WPT Global, the payment methods available in your jurisdiction will be displayed on the Cashier page of your player account when you click on "Deposit". This may change from time to time at the Company's sole discretion.
6.2.2 Deposits to the Website may only be made for the purpose of accessing and enjoying our real money games.
6.2.3 The player accepts that he/she may only use financial instruments that are valid and legally owned by him/her.
6.2.4 When making deposits in cryptocurrencies, it is the player's responsibility to execute the payment instructions correctly. We do not provide compensation for payments sent to the wrong address or for payments made via the wrong network.
6.2.5 Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which depend on the deposit method used and are determined solely by us. We reserve the right to change the respective limits at any time if we deem it appropriate.
6.3. Withdrawals
6.3.1 The player must first make a deposit and wager it at least once in order to withdraw money from his/her account. All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits, which may change from time to time at the Company's sole discretion.
6.3.2 Any subsequent amount deposited into a player's account must be fully wagered at least once to be eligible for withdrawal.
6.3.3 When paying with Cryptocurrency, it is the player's responsibility to correctly execute the payment instructions. We will not provide any compensation for a payment sent to the wrong address or for a payment made via the wrong network.
6.3.4 It is important to note that it is your sole responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes and duties in relation to winnings awarded to you and any other payments made to you. The Company may report and/or withhold any amounts of winnings if required by relevant laws or regulations.
6.3.5 Player withdrawals can only be paid to the account and payment method from which the player's deposit originated. If we are unable to do so, we will make the withdrawal to an alternative account in the player's name, once ownership of that alternative account has been confirmed and verified.
6.3.6 If you make a deposit using multiple payment methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal between these payment methods and to process each party through the respective payment method at our discretion and in accordance with applicable rules and policies.
6.3.7 Any redemption or refund we grant to you (subject to Section 7) may be subject to security checks required by the Company. In order for us to make a withdrawal or refund, we may require you to provide one or more of the following documents: ,
6.3.7.1 Front and back copies of the card used or proof of e-wallet.
6.3.7.2 For Cards: The first 6 and last 4 digits visible on the front of the card.

We reserve the right to request additional information and/or documentation about your age, identity, source of funds and residence after each deposit or before each withdrawal or repayment, in particular before the first withdrawal, in order to verify your personal and financial information before we release the funds to you.
If we have not verified your withdrawal or refund within 30 days, we may cancel the withdrawal or refund request (as applicable),
6.3.8 Once we have completed the review to our satisfaction, we will endeavour to process returns or refunds within 72 hours.
6.3.9 Large withdrawals may take longer to process as they have to go through a lengthy review before they are approved by our security department. If the total amount of your outstanding withdrawals exceeds $2,500.00, the requested funds will be paid in increments of $2,500.00 per week until full settlement is made.
6.3.10. Minimum and maximum amounts apply to withdrawals. We reserve the right to change the respective limits at any time if we deem it appropriate.
6.4. Transfer of Funds
6.4.1. Players cannot transfer funds from one account to another.
7. Refund Policy
If you use Unilimint to deposit real money into your account and do not use this deposit to place a bet, you may request a refund of the original amount deposited via Unilimit, provided that your account has sufficient funds to refund the amount deposited. Any such refund request must be made within 30 days of the date of deposit to your account. Any refund is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company and may be subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions that the Company may adopt in relation to refunds.
8. Abandonment of Account Balance
8.1 If Your Account is not logged in and/or logged out for a period of more than thirteen (13) consecutive months ("Grace Period"), Your Account will be deemed inactive.
8.2 Once your Account is categorised as inactive, you will be notified and if you do not withdraw the (withdrawable) balance within thirty (30) days of the date of notification, we will be entitled to charge your Account a management fee of US$10 (the "Inactive Account Fee"), which will be deducted from your balance from the first day after the grace period and will continue to be charged every thirty (30) days thereafter.
8.3 Notices given via a registered email address shall be deemed valid and effective notices under this Article.
9. Game
THIS SITE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OFFER SERVICES AND GAMES FOR PLAYER'S PERSONAL USE.
9.1 If available, players can enjoy the games in trial mode for free without wagering real money or they can register and play for real money.
9.2 Players are prohibited from using devices such as robots or other external player assistance programs (EPAs) that distort normal play and give the player an unfair advantage. 9.4 Bets are only confirmed when received on our servers. If communication is interrupted after you have placed a bet and it has been received on our servers, it will still be considered valid regardless of the outcome. You will be informed that the bet has been accepted as soon as communication is re-established.
9.5 If a game is started but fails or produces an inaccurate result due to a failure of the game account management software and/or the game and/or the Random Number Generator (RNG), all bets and winnings from that game will be void and the game account balance will revert to the balance prior to the start of the game.
9.6 If a player terminates his session with the Company during an active game, the amount of the bet will be returned to the customer's gaming account, except in cases where the bet has already been entered into the game and transferred to the winning player.
9.7 If for any reason the Company incorrectly credits the balance of the player's account, we may cancel any amount or bonus incorrectly credited to the player's account and/or if any amount is incorrectly credited to your account, the player must immediately return such amount to us and/or we may deduct it from your account. It is your responsibility to inform the Company of the error as soon as you become aware of it.
9.8 In the event of a software or RNG error, the amount of the bet will be returned to the player and all of the player's winnings resulting from the bet will be void,
9.9 We reserve the right to terminate a game at any time, at our sole discretion and without giving any reason, if there are technical problems affecting the game.
9.10. The Company reserves the right to cancel any winnings earned due to a server or gaming system error or other malfunction; in such cases, the player must refund the amount to us immediately and/or we will deduct it from your account. You waive all claims and compensation in this regard. Any player who abuses these technical errors will be prosecuted by the competent courts.
9.11 Our casino promotions are subject to a payout percentage that provides a return to the player. To view the specific payout odds for each game, players can view the RTP (Return to Player Rate) listed for each game. The term payout rate or RTP refers to the ratio of wagers to winnings,
10. Bugs in the System
10.1 Exploitation of bugs, programming errors or editorial errors for personal gain is prohibited and is referred to as "buggery". Each player is expected to notify the Company immediately upon discovering a bug. For players who exploit bugs for personal gain, their account will be suspended for as long as it takes our technical team to restore the player's account to the state it was in before the bug was exploited. The same rules apply to any player who may have benefited in any way from failing to report bugs or irregularities.
10.2 As all actions and changes made on this Website are recorded (registration, account changes, purchases, withdrawals, placed bets, etc.), the Company is able to restore an account to its original state before any error or programming error occurs in relation to the Website's Code of Conduct.
10.3 If any of the above events occur and adversely affect a player or WPT Global or the Company, the player will be credited with any money lost in error, the player's account will be debited with any money won in error and/or you will be required to pay us the equivalent amount won as a result of such error.
10.4 The Company, in its sole discretion, will determine whether a player has exploited a situation, exploited a bug, programming or processing error or attempted to exploit it. Once this is determined, the company will decide what further action to take, whether the account will be "zeroed out" or closed. The player must accept in advance these rules and how they operate, as well as any decisions that may be made following the incident.
11. Complaints and Disputes
11.1 If at any time a player is not satisfied with our products/services or in any way feels that we have not met their expectations, they can complain to us at the address below,customercare@wptglobal.comwith the word "Complaint" in the subject line. The complaint will be immediately forwarded to our address. We will process your complaint as soon as possible,
11.2 You acknowledge and agree that our records will govern any dispute relating to the Services,
11.3. Our decision with respect to any complaint and/or dispute is final and binding.
11.4 Player has the right to bring unresolved disputes to Gaming Services Provider N.V via complaints@gaming-curacao.com.
12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
12.1 The Services and/or the Website are provided "as is". The Company makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the Services and/or the Website, whether as to condition, quality, fitness for purpose and/or accuracy. The Company further disclaims that the Services and the Website will operate without error or interruption, that the Service is free of viruses or other malicious code, or that the information presented to the Player is accurate.
12.3 We and our Affiliates will not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions and the Website and/or the Services as a result of "force majeure". Force majeure means any act beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: (i) natural disasters (such as fires, explosions, earthquakes, droughts, tidal waves and floods); (ii) war, hostilities (whether or not war has been declared), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition or embargo; (iii) insurrection, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war; (iv) riots, civil commotion, strikes, work stoppages, lockouts or civil commotion; or acts or threats of terrorism; and/or (v) epidemics or pandemics.
12.4 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, their respective officers, directors and employees, immediately upon demand, from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees and other fees, however due: (i) any breach of the Terms and Conditions; (ii) any profit received by you; (iii) your violation of any third party rights; (iv) your use of the Services and/or the Website; and/or (v) use by any other person accessing the Services and/or your account using your user identity, whether or not authorized by you.
13. Prohibited Activities
13.1 You agree not to use the Website and the Services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive and/or dishonest activities ("Prohibited Activities"). Examples of Prohibited Activities can be found in Appendix A - List of Prohibited Activities.
13.2 If the Company has reason to believe that you have engaged in or are associated with any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend the suspected player's account, access to funds, login, play, deposits and withdrawals. We also reserve the right to issue warnings to players who violate the prohibited activities (two warnings may result in account closure), conduct enhanced due diligence and, if necessary, permanently close a player's account (any attempt to create a new account may result in account closure), withhold all funds in the account (any attempt to create a new account may result in the immediate confiscation of funds), and terminate a player's account (any attempt to create a new account may result in the immediate confiscation of funds). Notwithstanding the above, we may suspend or restrict your account or limit your access to games and tournaments.
13.3 The Company may inform the relevant government authorities, financial institutions or other relevant third parties about the identity of the Player and any suspected illegal or fraudulent activity.
13.4 For reasons of data protection, security and fraud prevention, the Company does not allow the use of the communication channels contained in the Services and/or the Platform for the offer or promotion of offers, products or services (of the Player or a third party). The Player is expressly prohibited from sending information or communicating with our customers to offer or promote offers, products or services that have not been pre-approved by the Company.
13.5 We reserve the right to scan active software applications and user processes to identify potential use of AI or RTA support.

You warrant and represent to us that: (i) you are not under 18 years of age or under the legal age to participate in the activities contained on the Site and/or the Services under the law or the jurisdiction that applies to you, whichever is greater; (ii) you are not located in any of the jurisdictions described in Section 2.5.2, (iii) that your use of the Website and/or the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, (iv) that you fully understand that there is a risk of loss of money when using the Services and/or the Website and that you are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that your use of the Services and/or the Website is at your own decision, discretion and risk. You will have no claim against the Company or its affiliates in respect of your gambling losses; (v) you will use the Services and the Website in full compliance with the terms of the Agreement, as amended from time to time, (vi) you will comply with all rules and guidelines for the play of games that include the Services; and/or (vii) you will be solely responsible for the registration, payment and settlement of any taxes or other charges due on winnings paid to you to any applicable governmental, tax or other authorities.
15. Breach of the Terms and Conditions
If we find that you have breached the Terms and Conditions or if we believe that you have breached the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close your account, withhold all monies in that account, cancel all or part of your winnings and/or recover from you any other amount you owe us. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend your account without derogating from the above provisions.
16. Termination of Your Account
16.1. If you wish to terminate your account with the Company, please send an email to customercare@wptglobal.com, with such termination to take effect upon the Company terminating your account.
16.2 We may terminate your account at any time if we decide for any reason to stop providing the Website and/or the Services generally or specifically to you, or for any other reasonable reason we deem appropriate.
16.3. You remain responsible for activities using your account until it is closed.
16.4. Any negative balance on your account will fall immediately due and payable to us.
16.5 If your Account is cancelled for any reason, you must stop using the Website and/or the Services. If your Account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will also lose any rake back, cash back or other bonuses you receive in relation to the poker product offered on the Website following termination or suspension,
17. Responsible Gaming

17.3 We reserve the right to impose a waiting period of up to one year or the permanent closure of accounts:
• frequent temporary self-exclusion or.

17.4 A request for the release of an account before the expiry of the self-exclusion period will be carefully considered by the Gaming Department. It may be approved, but the final decision rests solely with the Company.
16.5 If a player manages to open a new account during the self-exclusion period using false information or otherwise fraudulently, the responsibility for any losses suffered by the player as a result of opening the new account will be borne by the player and not by us.
17.6 Any request to withdraw the balance in favour of the player (with the exception of bonus funds) must be made prior to self-exclusion and cannot be validated during the self-exclusion period.
